The Opportunity
At CargoTrans, our mission is simple: make the world smaller for our customers. We do that by helping
mid-market companies ($20M–$250M in revenue) navigate tariffs and move freight smarter, faster, and
with fewer headaches.
We’re growing our presence in New York and looking for an Account Executive who wants to build
something meaningful. This is a high-ownership role with the opportunity to develop the NYC market and
expand into Long Island.
We’re a boutique, end-to-end logistics partner and tariff advisor by design — nimble, relationship-driven,

• A team that values speed, flexibility, and accountability in a boutique, relationship-driven
environment.

day.

Own Your Pipeline
• Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.
• Convert inbound leads and referrals into new business.
• Build your own pipeline through relationships, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
Solve Real Problems
• Learn how each customer ships today (modes, lanes, Incoterms, and pain points).
• Ask smart questions to uncover cost, service, compliance, and tariff risk.
• Translate complexity into clear options and recommendations.
Close & Execute
• Build and present pricing and solutions in partnership with operations and leadership.
• Create mutual action plans, align stakeholders, and drive deals to signature.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff so customers see value quickly.
Grow What You Win
• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat shipments and referrals.
• Identify expansion opportunities across lanes, modes, and additional services.
• Share market feedback to help improve our messaging, offerings, and process.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience with relevant training.
• A track record of closing mid-market deals.
• Comfort building pipeline independently in a lean environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both operators and executives.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
